Cornulete cu dulceata

Cornulete cu dulceata

150 g zahar
250 g margarina
10 linguri apa
2 linguri otet
faina cat cuprinde
dulceata

Se va face un aluat mai tare, se va da la rece (frigider) pentru circa 30 minute.Apoi se intinde, se taie triunghiuri sau patratele, se pune in mijlocul fiecarei bucati taiate cate o lingurita de dulceata( eu am folosit si gem, e mai consistent) si se ruleaza.
Intr-o tava unsa se pun cornuletele formate, se dau la cuptor la foc mai mare, pana se rumenesc. Fierbinti se dau prin zahar pudra.
