Crema de lamaie

175 g zahar
1 lamaie
1 pahar vin alb

Galbenusurile se aseaza intr-un vas impreuna cu zaharul, vinul, zeama de la lamaie, coaja rasa a acesteia. Se bat la foc mic pana ce se ingroasa compozitia. Dupa ce s-a racit, se adauga albusurile batute spuma si se amesteca usor. Se va turna in pahare tip forme si se va da la rece. Se poate si orna cu un sirop preferat.
Aceasta crema o puteti folosi impreuna cu un blat insiropat pentru a face un tort gustos.
