Drob de miel (sau ficatei de pui)

Drob de miel (sau ficatei de pui)

1 kg de ficatei
6-7 oua (depinde cate vreti sa fierbeti)
3 legaturi de ceapa verde
2 legaturi de usturoi verde
1 legatura de marar
2 linguri de ulei de masline
piper negru, sare, piper alb

Ficateii sau maruntaiele de miel se vor fierbe dupa care se vor da prin masina de tocat. Apoi carnea toccata se va amesteca cu legumele tocate , galbenusurile si albusurile batute spuma, condimente. Compozitia rezultata se va aseza in tava de chec(mai bine 2 tavi de chec mai mici) cu oua fierte tari pentru décor. Se da la cuptor la foc moderat.
Dupa racire se va taia felii.
