Fasole verde cu oua la cuptor

1 kg de fasole verde (pastai)
4 oua
200 g smantana
5 rosii potrivite
1 legatura patrunjel
1 legatura frunze de telina
50 ml ulei, sare
1-2 linguri faina grau

Se curata fasolea, se spala si se fierbe in apa si putina sare. Dupa fierbere se lasa la scurs si la racit. Intr-o tava se aseaza un rand de fasole, un rand de felii de oua fierte tari, felii de rosii curatate si verdeata tocata marunt. Se va continua cu alt strat de fasole si legume pana se termina. Deasupra se va pune smantana in care s-a adaugat faina si putina sare si se da la cuptor pentru vreo 20 minute. Se poate pune deasupra si cascaval ras sau alta branza.
