Gogosari aperitiv

Gogosari aperitiv

1750 g gogosari
125 g ulei
125 g zahar sau miere
125 g otet
300 g pasta tomate (bulion)
Foi dafin, piper , sare

Se vor spala si curata gogosarii de samburi, se vor taia in felii subtiri. Separat se fierbe uleiul,zaharul, otetul, bulionul, foi dafin, sare, piper dupa gust. Cand clocoteste, se vor adauga gogosarii si se vor fierbe cam 25 minute pana capata consistenta de zacusca.
Compozitia fierbinte se va pune in borcane de sticla, asezate pe un support metalic, se pun capacele si apoi se va lasa sub o patura pana a doua zi.
Se pot servi cu o friptura sau pur si simplu cu paine in zilele de post.
