Gogosi umplute cu gem

500 g faina de grau
2 oua
1 lingura de unt (margarina)
100 g zahar
drojdie, sare
150-200 g lapte
esente vanilie, gem

Zaharul e bine sa fie topit in laptele caldut. Se adauga ouale batute, untul, drojdia dizolvata, sarea si zaharul vanilat. Se amesteca, apoi se pune faina framantandu-se bine un aluat pufos. Se lasa la dospit cam o ora (depinde si de temperatura camerei). Se va lua cate o bucata de aluat, se va intinde ca o foaie, apoi cu un pahar se vor decupa forme rotunde. In jumatate din formele rezultate se va pune cate putin gem apoi vor fi acoperite si lipite cu bucatile ramase goale. Intr-o tigaie cu ulei incins se pun la copt gogosile umplute, deja formate. La sfarsit se presoara zahar pudra peste gogosi.
