Parjolute din carne

500 g carne tocata
1 morcov
1 ceapa
usturoi
patrunjel, marar
1 ou, sare
1 lingura faina de grau
condimente

Ceapa si morcovul (cine doreste poate adauga si un cartof) trebuie sa fie tocate. Daca nu aveti masina de tocat atunci taiati-le foarte marunt. Se amesteca cu carnea, mararul si patrunjelul tocat, oul, usturoiul pisat, faina de grau, sarea si alte condimente.Se framanta bine compozitia apoi se formeaza parjolutele. Urmeaza a fi puse intr-o tigaie cu ulei incins, pentru prajit.
