Salata de oua

Salata de oua

6 oua fierte
1 ceapa
maioneza
lamaie
patrunjel

Ouale se taie marunt; se amesteca cu ceapa taiata si maioneza (eu fac maioneza acasa dintr-un galbenus fiert, unul crud, zeama lamaie, mustar si ulei). Se adauga patrunjel dupagust. Se adauga zeama de lamaie daca mai doriti si se orneaza cu feliute de lamaie.
