Saratele

250g margarina
250g branza sarata
12 linguri faina
Sare
2 oua
mac, susan, chimen, cascaval ras

Se face o coca din margarina, faina, branza, sare, oua. Se lasa la rece cam o ora. Se ia cate o bucata de aluat, se intinde o foaie cam de 0,5 cm grosime. Celalalt ou se bate separat, se unge cu o pensula foaia de aluat, se pune mac, susan, etc. Se taie betigase 1×10 cm.
Tava se unge cu margarina sau ulei, se pun betigasele, se da la cuptorul incalzit in prealabil, pana prind o culoare aurie (10 minute).

  2. In sfarsiit!! Bunica mea le face si cu mere date pe razatoare si calite cu zahar in loc de branza..Ador placintele astea si le am cautat peste tot pe internet .
