Salata de fasole

Salata de fasole

250 g fasole
2 cepe mici
2 rosii
cateva frunze de marar
sare

Fasolele se vor fierbe. Se dau la rece intr-un vas fara apa de la fiert. Se va adauga ceapa tocata (ceapa verde da un gust mai bun), sarea si putin marar (dupa preferinta). Rosiile se feliaza si ele si se adauga fie in compozitie fie raman pentru ornat.
