Aperitiv din branza de vaci cu marar

500 g branza de vaci
o legatura de marar
o ceapa
sare

Ceapa si mararul se taie foarte marunt, se amesteca cu branza de vaci. Se pot adauga si 2-3 linguri de smantana sau iaurt, depinde de cat de consistenta este branza. Trebuie sa iasa ca o pasta mai groasa, sa poata fi unsa o felie de paine. Pentru a nuanta putin o culoare de rosu cu alb, puteti adauga un varf de cutit de boia de ardei dulce.
