Sarmale moldovenesti cu carne si orez

Sarmale moldovenesti cu carne si orez

500 g tocata
100 g orez
3-4 cepe
1 morcov
patrunjel, marar
1 ardei, 1 ou
2-3 linguri faina grau
3-4 linguri bulion
sare, piper, alte condimente

Se curata si se taie ceapa apoi se caleste la foc mic. Spre final se adauga bulionul, apoi morcovul ras, patrunjelul si mararul, carnea, orezul ales si spalat, oul, faina, condimente dupa gust. Se amesteca bine.
Frunzele de vita de vie sau varza se pun intr-o tigaie cu apa fierbinte pentru a fi mai moi la format sarmalutele. Se aseaza intr-o oala pentru fiert,se adauga apa (eu pun si cateva linguri de bors acru si sare dupa gust) si daca doriti si 2-3 linguri de bulion. Depinde mult de gusturi, cat de acru va place.
Asemeni ardeilor umpluti,si sarmalutele se pot manca adaugand smantana sau iaurt.
