1 kg de carne de porc
2-3 cepe
3 gogosari
condimente

Carnea de porc, de preferat a fi muschiulet, se taie bucatele nu foarte mari si se condimenteaza. De obicei eu o las asa cateva ore, asta daca nu ma grabesc. Ceapa si gogosarii ii taiem felii, apoi pe niste tepuse vom pune pe rand carne, ceapa si gogosari. Puteti adauga si felii de rosii.
Se vor coace la gratar, la un foc mic, pentru a nu se arde legumele din prima si carnea sa nu fie coapta bine. In acest timp puteti pregati o salata de rosii si castraveti.
