Pilaf de orez cu ciuperci

o cana orez
o cutie de ciuperci
1-2 linguri de ulei sau margarina
condimente

Se alege orezul si se spala apoi se pune la fiert. Ciupercile le taiati, apoi le puteti pune cu orezul la fiert sau daca va place le caliti putin in prealabil, eventual cu o ceapa mica, dupa gust. Eu adaug si o lingura de margarina sau ulei de la friptura care o pregatesc cu acest pilaf. Se pune sare si putin piper. Dupa ce e gata orezul si inchid focul, adaug si putin patrunjel taiat, ii da un gust aparte. Se serveste cu o friptura si eventual un castravete murat sau o salata de rosii, cum va place.
