Cartofi cu ciuperci si oua

Cartofi cu ciuperci si oua

500g cartofi
250g ciuperci
100ml ulei
1 lingura faina
3 oua
1 lingurita unt
jumatate pahar lapte
200g carcaval ras
200g smantana (iaurt)
sare, piper
1 gogosar
masline

Se fierb cartofii in coaja. Ciupercile se taie felii si se calesc putin in ulei.
Intr-o tava unsa in prealabil cu putin ulei se asaza cartofii decojiti si feliati, ciupercile, ouale fierte si feliate, sare, piper si jumatate din cascaval. Peste toate acestea se toarna un sos alb din lapte, faina si smantana (iaurt).
Deasupra se pune si restul de cascaval. Eventual se orneaza cu un gogosar si masline
Se da la cuptor pana se rumeneste.
Se serveste cu salata de sezon sau un sos de rosii.
