Tarta cu mere si pere

1 kg mere si pere
4 oua
400g faina
150g zahar
100 ml lapte
100 ml ulei
jumatate plic praf de copt
ulei si faina pentru uns tava (sau margarina)

Se spala si se curata merele si perele de coaja si de samburi. Se taie in cubulete mici. Merele si perele se pot stropi cu praf de scortisoara. Se bat albusurile spuma.
Peste albusurile batute spuma se adauga zaharul, uleiul, apa, galbenusurile si praful de copt stins cu putina zeama de lamaie sau otet. Se adauga merele si perele in compozitie.

Se unge o tava cu ulei (sau margarina) si se tapeteaza cu faina. Se pune compozitia in tava si se da la cuptorul incalzit in prealabil, la inceput la foc mic.
